At TheIntimate.shop, you have the right to return the item within 30 days without giving a reason. During this period, you may browse, rate and/or try on the product as you would in-store, unless otherwise specified. 

Cancel or Return

You can use the returns form. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days. Before you decide to return the product, please contact us on tishop23@outlook.com. If you cancel your order, you must return the products within 30 days of reporting your cancellation. We will refund the money in the same form in which you made the purchase within 30 days of positive consideration of the complaint. 

Returning an Order

Please ensure that your return shipment meets the following requirements: the product is in its original condition and factory packaging, has all seals and security features intact, and the product is complete. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use or if the seals are broken, we will not be able to accept the goods for return.

The following products, if the packaging is no longer sealed, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

Dirty products, with removed tags and broken seals will not be verified by the manufacturer, which forces the return to be rejected. 

Return shipping costs

Are borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the shipment until it is received by us (we encourage you to keep the shipping number). 

If the goods sent by us were defective or we sent the wrong product, we will bear the shipping costs. All items that meet the complaint conditions are eligible for a full refund or replacement of the product with a new one.
